Job summary

SYNCOMS Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to own recruitment across the business, focusing on technical, digital and AI talent. The role covers 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR, with coordination across UAE, UK and USA time zones, reporting to the Director.

You will source and headhunt for AI/ML, software engineering and other emerging technology roles, while supporting non-technical hires in operations, accounts, design and administration.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting AI, Machine Learning, software engineering or closely related technology professionals is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated direct sourcing and headhunting, including passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple markets is preferred.
• Comfortable using Boolean search, LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across UAE, UK and USA time zones.
• Lead sourcing for AI and technology professionals including AI/ML, software engineering and related roles.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activity with hiring managers and leadership.
• Support onboarding, documentation and HR administration as needed.
