You will craft TA strategies, engage with Hiring Managers and HR, and drive end-to-end recruitment while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Global talent acquisition experience is essential.
• Experience with ATS and client/project systems.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver TA strategy with client for project success.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers, HR and stakeholders.
• Create and post job adverts following client branding guidelines.
• Source and headhunt suitable candidates for roles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for review by clients.
• Guide Hiring Managers through the shortlisting process.
