Job summary

PwC Middle East in Dubai is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead AI strategy, business case development, and venture-building initiatives within Internal Firm Services. You will shape ideas, build business cases, and coordinate across LoS teams and central Tech & AI groups to drive value for clients and PwC.

You will also help design and deliver an AI startup incubator program, defining governance, operating model, and engagement pathways with PwC and clients, while navigating a dynamic Middle

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy, innovation, digital transformation, AI, technology consulting, venture building, corporate innovation, product strategy, or business case development.
• Experience developing business cases, investment recommendations, financial models, and executive-level decision papers.
• Strong understanding of AI, emerging technology, digital products, platforms, and build/buy/partner routes.
• Ability to assess ideas across commercial, technical, operational, risk, and strategic dimensions.
• Strong stakeholder management across LoS teams, technology, risk, legal, finance, leadership, and external partners.
• Experience with startups, venture studios, accelerators, incubators, corporate venture building, or ecosystem partnerships is highly desirable.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• For Manager level: typically 6–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
• Exposure to AI, data, product development, venture building, or startup ecosystems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AI idea intake funnel across Lines of Service and internal teams.
• Collaborate with idea owners and central teams to shape ideas into concept canvases.
• Support Gate 1 assessments for problem-solution fit and initial go/no-go paths.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify feasibility issues and dependencies.
• Develop full business cases with ROI, scalability and go-to-market potential.
• Prepare investment committee materials and decision logs.
• Track ROI baselines and revenue/cost projections.
• Assist in shaping PwC-hosted AI startup incubator program and engagement models.
