Job summary

Virtusa in Dubai, UAE, seeks an AI Strategy Lead to shape the organization's AI agenda. You will define the strategic roadmap and guide the selection and integration of AI platforms, data architectures, and tools in line with business goals.

You’ll bridge business and technology, engage cross‑functional stakeholders, develop high‑impact use cases, monitor trends, and work with vendors to develop PoCs for later adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Technology AI or related field.
• Experience in AI strategy, digital transformation or enterprise architecture.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of business and technology perspectives in AI.
• Experience in use case development, policy alignment and risk governance.
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI across the enterprise.
• Guide the selection and integration of AI platforms, data architectures and tools.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology functions to align priorities.
• Develop and evaluate AI use cases for strategic fit and value realization.
• Market and trend monitoring for new technologies and tools and vendors.
• Work with selected vendors to develop POC for later adoption.
• Monitor strategic KPIs and report on AI impact and maturity.
