Job summary

Tandem Search in the UAE is seeking an AI Strategy Director for a leading investment organization. This is a business-focused AI role, not hands-on engineering, requiring deep knowledge of AI applications and a track record in transforming portfolios.

You will identify practical AI opportunities, build business cases with costs and ROI, and help portfolio companies adopt AI solutions while influencing senior executives and portfolio leaders.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 to 12 years of business and technology experience.
• Background in MBB, Big Four or a leading Tier 2 consultancy, with experience in private equity, capital markets or portfolio value creation, and a strong specialization in AI-led transformation.
• Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and business applications.
• Experience identifying, assessing and enabling AI use cases.
• Ability to build business cases with clear costs, benefits and returns.
• Confidence working with senior executives and portfolio-company leaders.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and change-management skills.
• Comfortable connecting business requirements with technical teams.
