Job summary

ADNOC Group's Digital Advanced Automations Solutions team seeks an experienced IT leader to drive AI and analytics initiatives across the organization. You will design architectures, oversee ML model development, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade deliveries.

Work with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable projects, manage budgets, enforce governance, and mentor staff while upholding ADNOC standards and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience with AI/ML solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ML, DL, NLP, Python, NoSQL, and RDBMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects from feasibility to deployment.
• Coordinate with management to ensure alignment with Digital Strategy and budgets.
• Supervise development teams and ensure quality and security standards.
