Job summary

Catalyst24 is hiring an AI Practice Lead in Dubai to shape and execute the AI vision for a leading global digital transformation firm. You will oversee enterprise AI projects from concept to production, and represent the company at industry events.

Ideal candidate has deep ML/AI expertise, experience with Generative AI on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and a track record delivering regulated enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• Proven expertise in deep learning, modeling and statistical analysis.
• Experience delivering large-scale AI projects in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Generative AI on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Experience with data platforms and databases (NoSQL, Neo4j).
• Strong governance, data quality and AI readiness principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and execution, aligning with client goals and corporate strategy.
• Provide governance for delivery of enterprise AI projects from ideation to deployment.
• Act as AI ambassador, delivering presentations and engaging in industry dialogues.
• Foster innovation through thought leadership, whitepapers, and conferences.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing AI team across the organization.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure governance and regulatory alignment.
• Promote internal adoption of AI and externally for clients, sharing best practices and metrics.
