The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, along with 12 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of insurance systems. You'll play a pivotal role in modernizing systems and guiding technology governance.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Strong background in property and casualty insurance systems and operations.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and large‑scale system modernization.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, integration architecture, and microservices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture across underwriting, claims, billing, and policy systems.
• Develop domain‑level architecture aligned with business capabilities and operating models.
• Translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and architectural standards.
• Design and implement Agentic AI architecture including automation, decision engines, and orchestration layers.
• Integrate AI capabilities into insurance processes such as claims, underwriting, and fraud detection.

Skills

Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate

Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP

API design, event‑driven systems, and integration middleware

Microservices and distributed system architecture
