You will be coached and supported, with a strong emphasis on curiosity, ownership, and a customer mindset. The position mixes support, content creation, and process improvement in a start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Student, graduate or early-career with 0–2+ years’ experience.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, Lovable, Bolt, Make or Zapier.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning new tools quickly.
• Strong written and verbal English with attention to detail.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Interest in AI-driven customer experience and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Track Support Performance & Insights: maintain ticket reporting and dashboards.
• Identify recurring issues and highlight trends to Product and Customer teams.
• Automate the creation and maintenance of help articles, FAQs, and customer documentation.
• Create simple how-to guides, walkthroughs, and tutorials using AI tools.
• Partner with Product Marketing on feature releases and customer education materials.
• Help optimise support workflows, templates, and automation.
• Ensure fast response times and clear, helpful resolutions.
