Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking an experienced AI Ops Engineer to establish the operational backbone for enterprise AI platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on safe, repeatable releases of AI products at scale, with strong emphasis on governance, telemetry, and platform visibility.

Ideal candidates will bring 7+ years of production engineering experience in cloud-native or high-scale environments, hands-on CI/CD expertise, and working knowledge of LLMOps and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in production engineering or platforms.
• Strong background in cloud-native, AI, or high-scale API platforms in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions or equivalent automation, and environment management.
• Working knowledge of LLMOps, telemetry, release governance, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• AI Release & Deployment: Build standard release pipelines with governance and evidence.
• LLMOps & Operational Governance: Embed controls for AI assets, telemetry, dashboards, and playbooks.
• Cost & Platform Visibility: Provide visibility into AI workload usage, token spend, and capacity.
