Job summary

BlackCube Labs in Abu Dhabi is seeking an AI Ops Engineer to establish the operational backbone for enterprise AI platforms in the banking domain. You will implement production release discipline, LLMOps practices, deployment automation, governance, cost visibility, and self-service standards for AI-native delivery teams.

Role requires collaboration with Platform, SRE, QA, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to enable safe, repeated, scalable AI releases across environments.

Qualifications

• Strong production engineering background for cloud-native AI platforms.
• Hands-on CI/CD expertise and automation with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, telemetry, release governance, and production-readiness.
• Experience with observability and continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• AI Release Engineering & CI/CD: design release pipelines and controls across environments.
• LLMOps & AI Lifecycle Management with auditable releases.
• Progressive Delivery: controlled rollout, canary, and rollback readiness.
• Observability & Production Readiness: telemetry, dashboards, and runbooks.
• AI FinOps & Capacity Governance: monitor model usage and token spend.
• Self-Service templates and playbooks for scalable AI ops.
• CI/CD & Release Engineering using GitHub Actions or similar.
• LLMOps / MLOps / AI Lifecycle Management.
• Cloud-native Platform Ops & Observability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Platform, SRE, QA, Security, Architecture, Product.
