Job description

Job Purpose:

To deliver advanced AI training and examination preparation for the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI). The instructor will guide students through Python programming, foundational AI/ML topics, problem-solving strategies, and simulation of qualification exams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver interactive online lessons on AI fundamentals
2. Lead students through project-based learning and challenge walkthroughs
3. Develop and review mock qualification exams and assessments
4. Provide technical mentoring and individual feedback during the 2-week training phase
5. Align content with IOAI structure and evaluation format

Requirements

Essential:

• Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Previous teaching or training experience in AI concepts or Olympiad-style problem solving
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, GitHub, and virtual collaboration tools

Desirable:

• Track record of coaching IOAI, IOI, or similar competitive programming/AI teams
• Excellent virtual classroom facilitation and communication skills
• Strong ability to mentor and motivate high-potential learners
