AI Native Video Intern - UAE

Make short-form video that makes finance feel simple.

Finanshels is hiring an AI-native Video Intern in the UAE to help build a high-velocity short-form video engine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. You will script, shoot, edit and ship founder-led and brand content that explains accounting, tax and finance topics in a way founders actually watch - using AI to multiply your output. This is an immediate-start, hands‑on internship for someone who is genuinely fast, creative and hungry to learn, with a real chance to grow into a full‑time content role.

What You Will Own

In this role you will:

• Produce short-form vertical video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from concept to publish.
• Write hooks and scripts and turn dry finance/tax topics into clear, watchable stories.
• Shoot and edit: in-person filming with founders and the team, plus screen/desk setups.
• Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, b-roll, captions, voice, thumbnails and quick edits.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and keep a content calendar with the marketing team.
• Repurpose long-form and written content into multiple short-form cuts.
• Track performance (views, watch-through, saves, shares, follows) and iterate weekly.
• Keep brand, tone and factual accuracy intact - finance claims must be correct.

Must-have Experience And Skills

• A portfolio or sample reel showing short-form video you have made (campus projects, personal accounts and freelance work all count).
• Comfort with at least one editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
• Strong instinct for hooks, pacing and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Willingness to be on camera and to film others.
• Based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Genuine daily use of AI tools to speed up creative work.
• Organised, reliable and eager to learn and take feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience running your own social account or channel.
• Basic motion graphics / design (After Effects, Canva, Figma).
• Interest in or knowledge of personal finance, accounting or tax.
• Arabic language skills (not required).

AI and tooling you will work with

• AI video and image generation for b-roll, thumbnails and visual explainers.
• AI captioning, transcription and subtitle automation.
• AI script/hook generation and content repurposing tools.
• Cloud editing and asset-management workflows.

How Success Is Measured
