The role requires immediate availability, a fast, creative mindset, and a willingness to be on camera while growing into a potential full-time content role.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or sample reel of short-form videos.
• Comfort with at least one editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
• Strong hooks, pacing, and ability to capture attention.
• Willingness to be on camera and film others.
• Based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed up creative work.
• Organised, reliable and eager to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form vertical video from concept to publish.
• Write hooks and scripts for finance topics.
• Shoot and edit in-person with founders and team.
• Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, b‑roll, captions and thumbnails.
• Maintain a content calendar with the marketing team.
• Repurpose content into multiple short-form cuts.
• Track performance and iterate weekly.
• Maintain brand tone and factual accuracy.
