Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an experienced AI-Native Team Coach to empower delivery teams to adopt and continuously improve AI-Native delivery practices. You will drive collaboration, flow, transparency, empiricism and learning across teams, while guiding use of AI capabilities to enhance planning, building, testing and knowledge sharing.

The role focuses on coaching the delivery process, maturing teams, and coordinating with product and AI value architects to align priorities and accountability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coaching Agile teams and improving delivery systems in a complex enterprise.
• Experience coaching multiple teams or shared coaching across a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to visualise work, measure flow, outcomes and team health.
• Experience enabling AI-enabled delivery or digital transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the AI-Native delivery model drawing on SAFe, Lean, Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Coach teams to adopt the AI-Native delivery model and enable greater autonomy.
• Strengthen empiricism and measurement of outcomes, flow and team health.
• Enable AI-supported delivery while maintaining human judgement and accountability.
• Address impediments and systemic constraints through appropriate leadership.
• Build team capability and autonomy with targeted coaching and facilitation.
• Share learning across AI-Native teams and value streams to improve practices.
