Job summary

Zoho in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide multiple delivery teams in adopting AI-native practices. You will apply Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe to improve flow, quality and transparency across programs.

Bring 6+ years of coaching experience in complex environments, strong Jira familiarity, and a track record of enabling cross-team collaboration and systemic problem solving. This role is onsite five days a week in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in Agile coaching.
• Proven experience coaching Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and continuous improvement.
• Experience establishing and maturing team delivery practices.
• Ability to identify systemic issues and facilitate cross-team resolution.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled software delivery.
• Experience with Jira or similar work-management tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant Agile or coaching certification such as PSM, SAFe Practice Consultant, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF or equivalent.

Relocation Requirements

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work onsite five days a week. A valid passport and written confirmation of onsite and relocation willingness are mandatory.
