Job summary

tech carrot, a Dubai-based IT service provider, is seeking an AI-Native Team Coach to guide agile teams in adopting a scalable AI-native delivery model. The role emphasizes strengthening collaboration, flow, transparency and empirical practice to deliver value.

You will coach multiple teams, align with AI Value Architects and Product roles, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise.
• Experience establishing and maturing new ways of working.
• Ability to visualize work and use delivery metrics for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop the AI-Native delivery model and evolve delivery practices.
• Coach teams to adopt and mature AI-enabled delivery with autonomy.
• Strengthen empiricism, measurement and learning across teams.
• Enable AI-supported delivery while upholding human judgment and accountability.
• Address impediments and drive cross-team interventions when needed.
• Build team capability and autonomy through targeted coaching and facilitation.
• Share learnings across AI-Native teams and value streams.
