Job summary

Finanshels in the UAE is seeking a senior AI‑Native Content Writer to own our search presence, AI answers, and cross-channel content for UAE founders. You will design, build, and run an agentic content system—AI agents converting topics from discovery to published, human-reviewed articles—with high velocity and consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in finance or journalism with understanding of accounting, tax, compliance and audits.
• 5–7 years writing long-form SEO content including articles, press releases, blogs, guides, and reports.
• Proven ability to build and explain an agentic AI content system end-to-end.
• Hands-on with AI copy workflows from brief to publishing (Claude, Frase, Originality.ai, Walter Writes).
• Ability to orchestrate AI tools (Claude with AirOps or equivalent) and explain architecture to non-technical teams.
• Experience rehashing and repurposing content at scale using Surfer SEO.
• CMS publishing experience in Webflow, WordPress, and React.
• Demonstrable SEO/GEO/AEO outcomes for fintech or finance brands with measurable results.
• Plan and execute ICP-focused content calendars.
• Creative and social media copy with measurable outcomes.
• Webinar and event calendar creation, deck development, and hosting if needed.
• Basic design skills in Canva, Adobe, and related AI tools.
• Fluent English; Arabic is desirable and advantageous.

About the Role

We are hiring an AI‑Native Content Writer to own how Finanshels shows up in search, in AI answers, and across the channels where UAE founders make decisions. This is not a traditional content role. You will not simply write more blogs. You will design, build, and run an agentic content system — a chain of AI agents that takes a topic from discovery to a published, human‑reviewed article, at high velocity and consistent quality.

You bring genuine understanding of finance, tax, and compliance, real long‑form SEO craft, and hands‑on experience wiring AI tools into a working pipeline. You will report into marketing leadership and work closely with our finance experts to keep every piece accurate, compliant, and useful.

What You Will Own

• The content engine. Build and operate the AI-agent pipeline that plans, drafts, validates, humanises, and publishes content end to end — and keep raising its quality and output.
• SEO, GEO and AEO outcomes. Grow organic traffic, keyword rankings, and — just as important — how often Finanshels is cited in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) for UAE finance and tax queries.
• The editorial calendar. Plan and execute an ICP-focused content calendar at high velocity across articles, guides, e‑books, reports, press releases, and social.
• Long‑form authority content. Produce accurate, plain‑English content on accounting, VAT, corporate tax, audit, AML, and compliance that founders actually trust and act on.
• Repurposing and distribution. Turn every pillar piece into social copy, newsletters, and short‑form assets using tools like Surfer SEO — one input, many outputs.
• Webinars and events. Build the webinar and event calendar; create decks and talking points; host sessions when required.
• Publishing and craft. Publish clean, on‑brand pages in Webflow (and WordPress / React where needed) and produce basic supporting design in Canva and Adobe / AI tools.

The AI-Native Content System You Will Build and Run

The core of this role is a working, agentic content pipeline. You should be able to demonstrate and explain a system like the one below — how each agent hands off to the next, where the tools connect, and where the human stays in control. We use Claude to orchestrate; strong candidates can build this with Claude plus the tools below, or with an equivalent platform such as AirOps.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• A degree in finance or journalism, with a functional understanding of accounting, tax, compliance, and audits.
• 5–7 years writing long‑form SEO content: articles, press releases, blogs, guides, e‑books, and reports.
• Proven native‑AI system building. You have built an agentic system that writes and publishes AI‑assisted content end to end, and can walk us through exactly how you did it.
• End‑to‑end AI copy workflows. Hands‑on with tools such as Claude, Frase, Originality.ai, and Humanize AI / Walter Writes — from brief generation to publishing.
• Orchestration skill. You can integrate Claude with the tools above, or with a platform such as AirOps, and explain the architecture clearly to a non‑technical team.
• Rehashing and repurposing at scale using tools like Surfer SEO.
• CMS publishing in Webflow, WordPress, and React.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days

• Audit our current content, rankings, and AI‑citation footprint; map the highest‑value topic gaps for UAE founders.
• Stand up or take over the agentic pipeline and ship the first batch of AI‑assisted, human‑reviewed articles.

First 90 days

• Run a live ICP content calendar at high velocity, with a measurable lift in published volume at a consistent quality bar.
• Show early movement in organic traffic, target‑keyword rankings, and AI‑answer citations for priority finance and tax queries.
• Repurpose every pillar piece into social and email assets, and run at least one webinar end to end.
