Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and ML solutions across cloud, edge, and HPC environments. You will guide R&D into new algorithms and models, transform business needs into production-grade AI systems, and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists.

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, drive delivery from concept to production, and ensure high-quality data pipelines,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering with leadership experience
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure/AWS/Google)
• Strong Python programming and DL frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Deep Learning and Generative AI including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
• MLOps/DevOps experience: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow/Kubeflow, model monitoring
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines (Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka)
• Experience with data storage, vector databases (FAISS/M Milvus/Pinecone) and edge/HPC deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA)
• Ability to communicate technical solutions and business value to senior stakeholders
• Master/PhD preferred; cloud certifications beneficial
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML systems using cloud services and platforms
• Architect scalable data pipelines for model training and production (DevOps/MLOps)
• Customize DL and Generative AI models for business use cases including edge/HPC deployment
• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, performance and business value
• Lead R&D of new algorithms, models, and simulations for complex problems
• Work with large-scale datasets and apply preprocessing for high-quality inputs
• Implement and maintain data storage/retrieval for models and knowledge bases
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities and drive production delivery
