Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and ML solutions across cloud, edge, and HPC environments. You will guide R&D into new algorithms and models, turning business needs into production-grade AI systems.

You will mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, shaping technical direction and engineering standards while collaborating with clients to drive delivery from concept to production.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering with leadership
• Hands-on with major cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
• Strong Python and deep learning framework skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong DL and Generative AI knowledge (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompts)
• MLOps/DevOps experience: CI/CD, containers, orchestration, model monitoring
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines (Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka)
• Experience with data storage technologies: SQL/NoSQL, data lakes, vector DBs (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone)
• Experience optimizing/deploying models on edge/HPC (ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA)
• Ability to communicate complex tech solutions to senior stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI/ML systems using cloud services and platforms
• Architect scalable data pipelines for training and production
• Apply deep learning and Generative AI to business use cases including edge and HPC
• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, performance, and value
• Lead R&D on new algorithms, models, and simulations
• Work with large-scale datasets and preprocessing for high-quality inputs
• Maintain data storage/retrieval for models and knowledge bases
• Lead, mentor and set engineering standards for AI/ML teams
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to shape AI solutions from concept to production
