Job summary

Dalil Information Technology | UAE is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions. You will focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications, with emphasis on on-premises environments and Arabic language AI capabilities.

The role requires building secure, production-grade systems with MLOps practices, Python-based backend development, and end-to-end model deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in developing and deploying production AI/ML and Generative AI systems.
• Experience with on-premises AI deployment and secure networks.
• Experience with Arabic language AI, OCR, and document processing.
• Strong Python, REST API development and data quality validation.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• On-premises AI implementation with DeepSeek and Qwen on local GPU infrastructure.
• Develop AI capabilities using LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP and evaluation.
• Arabic document processing including OCR and information extraction.
• Build backend pipelines and data quality validation.
• Set up monitoring with Grafana, CloudWatch and Power BI.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building intelligent systems, implementing secure on-premises AI environments, developing RAG-based solutions, and delivering innovative AI capabilities that drive business value. Experience with Arabic language AI, MLOps, and production-grade model deployment will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• On-premises AI implementation: Hands-on experience deploying and operating DeepSeek and Qwen models on local GPU infrastructure, including model configuration, inference optimisation, API integration, and operation within secure, closed networks.
• AI capabilities: LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, NLP, and model evaluation using LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph.
• Arabic document processing: Experience with Arabic-language AI, OCR, document summarisation, information extraction, and correspondence drafting.
• Development: Python, REST APIs, backend automation, ETL pipelines, and data quality validation.
• MLOps and infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment and monitoring.
• Machine learning: Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, BERT, and XGBoost.
• Monitoring: Grafana, CloudWatch, and Power BI.

Preferred Experience

4+ years in developing and deploying production AI/ML and Generative AI systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred certifications

AWS AI Practitioner or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate.
