Aventus Global Talent is hiring an AI Growth Marketer to build and own our Dubai lead generation engine from the Palm Jumeirah office. You will automate marketing workflows with AI tools, manage the CRM, and drive inbound and outbound outreach with no-code solutions.

You will report to the Head of Brand & Growth, work 9am–6pm (Thu) and half-day Fri, and collaborate with the Dubai content team to create scalable content and campaigns.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing for international clients or employers.
• Experience setting up CRM or marketing automation from the ground up: pipelines, lead scoring and reporting.
• Proven AI/no-code automations experience (GPTs, Claude, AI content workflows) and ability to demo on call.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run outbound lead gen, ICP research, LinkedIn and email sequences with a monthly qualified meeting target.
• Handle first response and qualification on inbound enquiries during Dubai hours and route to the right consultant.
• Set up marketing CRM and pipeline; recommend lean no-code tools and run end-to-end workflows and dashboards.
