Job summary

AppliedAI in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the post-sales Delivery Team. You will own architecture, integrations, and both frontend and backend, building AI agents directly on client infrastructure using Opus.

You will be embedded with enterprise clients after the sale, delivering production-grade software, balancing fast iteration with sound architectural judgement and working closely with the client to ensure smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering production software in enterprise or client-facing roles.
• Experience with conversational AI agents (chat or voice) is a plus.
• Background in workflow automation or AI/ML platforms.
• Experience deploying to client infrastructure and on-premise/client-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture—conversation flow, state management, reliability, and tool-calling design, and build it yourself.
• Implement integrations against client systems via APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Work across the full stack: frontend and backend.
• Run internal QA and maintain a known-issues log before client delivery.
• Lead client walkthroughs, triage issues, and support go-live.
• Write clean, documented code and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
