Job summary

IRISSTAR Technologies is seeking hands-on AI Engineers to build enterprise-grade GenAI and AI-powered full-stack apps. Dubai onsite, India offshore, with two open positions.

You will work across GenAI, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and backend/frontend frameworks using Python, Spark, React and FastAPI. The role emphasizes hands-on IC work while coordinating offshore deliverables and delivering production-grade AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM-based solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in prompting, context engineering and agentic AI patterns.
• Experience with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI in enterprise contexts.
• Proficiency with LangChain, Haystack or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of multi-agent architectures, tool-calling and orchestration.
• Experience with search, graph databases and vector stores in Azure stack.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and Spark for data processing.
• Frontend skills in React/JavaScript/TypeScript are a plus.
• Backend familiarity with FastAPI or Flask is preferred.
• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring and guardrails.
• Hands-on AI/ML model development with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to contribute as IC while coordinating offshore deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development of enterprise-grade GenAI and AI-powered apps.
• Design and implement AI workflows including RAG and agentic patterns.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to review and deliver components.
• Ensure data quality, validation and KPI tracking across pipelines.
• Integrate AI services with Azure Databricks, API Management and AKS.
• Maintain observability, monitoring and governance for AI systems.

Key Requirements

• 1. Strong hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI amp; Prompt/Context Engineering
• 2. Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI and enterprise AI solutions
• 3. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, n8n or similar frameworks
• 4. Strong understanding of Multi-Agent Architecture, Tool Calling & AI Orchestration
• 5. Experience with Azure AI Search, Neo4j, Databricks Vector Search
• 6. Strong Python, SQL & Spark skills
• 7. Hands-on React / JavaScript / TypeScript development experience
• 8. Experience with FastAPI, Flask or equivalent backend frameworks
• 9. Strong experience in Data Validation, Data Quality, KPI & Business Rule Validation
