Job summary

Confidential in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a creative lead to develop AI-enhanced visual concepts for campaigns across social and digital channels.

You will collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters and Account teams to translate briefs into compelling visual directions while maintaining the brand identity. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools are essential for rapid concept exploration and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in art direction, visual design, or advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for image/video creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted creative work and strong visual craft.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-assisted visual concepts for campaigns and social media.
• Use generative AI to create high-quality visuals, compositions and imagery.
• Translate briefs into strong visual directions while preserving brand identity.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters and Account teams to refine ideas.
• Create multiple moodboards and visual routes quickly for pitches.
• Integrate AI-generated assets with Photoshop and Illustrator for polished outputs.
• Develop prompts and AI workflows to improve production speed and consistency.
• Explore new AI tools and practical applications for the creative team.
• Ensure AI work meets brand, cultural, quality and technical requirements.
• Support AI-first concepts while keeping ideas creatively strong.
