Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft intelligent digital experiences across web and app, embedding AI as a core capability.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth, engagement, and efficiency through human-centered design, experimentation, and data-driven innovation. You will work with multiple teams to evolve a scalable design system and ensure accessibility and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Digital Experience Design experience in large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital journeys with measurable business impact.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Experience designing data-driven or AI-enabled digital experiences.
• Strong commercial acumen linking design decisions to revenue and engagement.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience in ecommerce, travel, loyalty, fintech, or high-conversion platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the experience strategy and design vision across web and app for assigned digital initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end experience lifecycle from discovery through design, build, testing, go-live and optimization.
• Translate business strategy and commercial objectives into customer-centric digital journeys.
• Design AI-enabled and data-driven experiences including personalization and intelligent automation where applicable.
• Lead discovery, research, journey mapping, usability testing, and experimentation to validate outcomes.
• Monitor and improve metrics like conversion, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations and Brand teams.
