Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4–8 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and risk management.
• Experience in brokerage, FX, CFDs, crypto, or fintech is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quantitative models to analyze market behavior and trading activity.
• Research market microstructure, execution quality, and trading performance.
