Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks an Excel Analyst to perform AI Document Quality Review in Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE. This remote contractor role focuses on designing realistic Excel tasks, evaluating AI-generated spreadsheets, and ensuring accuracy and professional usefulness of outputs.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word on large projects, plus strong analytical and communication skills to provide evidence-based recommendations to reviewers

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Word on significant projects.
• Background in Fortune 500, major financial organization, or leading consultancy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, careful attention to detail and sound commercial judgement.
• Previous experience writing prompts for AI tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic Excel assignments based on complex professional situations.
• Recreate analytical tasks typically performed within major companies and consultancies.
• Define source data, assumptions, business questions, required calculations, and outputs.
• Include PowerPoint and Word deliverables when they form part of the wider business workflow.
• Write detailed prompts requiring modelling, analysis, interpretation, and recommendation development.
• Conduct structured multi-turn conversations with a large language model.
• Review two AI-generated solutions produced during each evaluation stage.
• Check spreadsheet formulas, links, ranges, assumptions, and calculation consistency.
• Determine whether models are transparent, updateable, and suitable for professional use.
• Examine reports for completeness, accuracy, organization, and relevance to the business objective.
• Evaluate presentation materials for narrative strength and alignment with the supporting analysis.
• Detect formula errors, hardcoded results, inconsistent logic, and unsupported conclusions.
• Compare the usability and decision-making value of alternative deliverables.
• Record preference information in the required project format.
• Suggest targeted improvements that the model can apply during the next interaction.
• Contribute scenarios across finance, healthcare, technology, consulting, and retail.
• Cover business functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance and HR.
• Apply evaluation standards consistently across different documents and use cases.
• Communicate findings clearly to reviewers and the AI training team.
