Job summary

Alliad in Dubai seeks a Digital Supply Chain and Automation Lead to drive AI-enabled transformation across the global supply chain. Lead cross-functional programs, pilot digital solutions, and align IT, data science, and operations for predictive, automated processes.

You will define roadmaps, manage vendor/academic partnerships, monitor KPIs, and champion data-driven decisions in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; Certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, or PM (PMP) desirable.
• 8+ years in supply chain with 3-5 years in digital transformation, advanced analytics, or AI.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital or AI projects in supply chain.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical application (forecasting, optimization, NLP).
• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Tableau/Power BI and data science languages (Python, R).
• Excellent PM, change management, and stakeholder influencing skills; strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic roadmap for digital supply chain transformation focused on AI, ML, and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional projects to pilot/scale AI solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and predictive maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains via AI and digital tools.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Science to deploy AI models with robust data governance.
• Champion data-driven decision making within the supply chain.
• Manage vendor, startup, and academic partnerships to stay ahead of tech trends.
• Define and report KPIs to measure ROI of digital/AI initiatives.
• Be SME on digital supply chain trends and advise senior leadership.
• Drive change management with training and communication for adoption.
• Oversee governance and continuous improvement of digital platforms and apps.
• Master Data Management, Dashboarding, Bid Modeling, Demand Planning, Inventory analytics, reporting to stakeholders.
