Qualifications
- 2–3 years in digital marketing with ownership of paid and organic channels.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Eurostaffs Campaign Manager.
- Strong SEO fundamentals with SEMrush/Ahrefs/GSC.
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and emerging disciplines.
- Daily fluency with generative AI tools for content and workflow.
- Analytical skills in GA4 dashboards and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-powered marketing initiatives, content creation, and campaign ideation.
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
- Own budgeting, bidding strategies, and ROAS/CPA targets.
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Lead SEO strategy: technical, on-page, and content optimization.
- Develop and monitor AEO and GEO strategies for enhanced visibility.
