Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Head of Agentic Platforms to lead design and implementation of scalable customer engagement solutions across voice, chat, social, and digital channels. You will translate high-level designs into robust, secure implementations, and collaborate with GTDP Architecture to select suitable technologies.

Lead lifecycle management of AI components within Azure governance, ensuring performance, compliance, and value realization across regions.

Qualifications

15+ years in IT with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Agentic domain.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Gen-AI/Agentic frameworks, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
Experience in AI solution design, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and AIOps.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Azure AI Engineer certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure customer engagement solutions across voice, chat, social, and digital channels.
Translate high-level designs into robust implementations with secure coding practices and measurable business impact.
Collaborate with GTDP Architecture to select technologies meeting requirements.
Design Azure-native microservices and streaming data pipelines for real-time interactions.
Ensure Azure AI governance, data privacy and regional data protection compliance.
Monitor, retrain, and maintain AI components for performance and compliance.
