Job summary

Stealth Startup in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Engineer II, L4 to join its R&D team building AI agents that control web browsers with open-weight LLMs. You’ll sit with domain experts, learn how legacy apps operate, and translate what you observe into concrete artefacts and testable specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an engineering role with direct user contact.
• Own production code in TS or Python.
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrable open-source contributions.
• Experience with browser automation and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Observe and record how domain experts operate their applications.
• Decompose workflows into explicit states, decisions, and exceptions.
• Create artefacts like evaluation tasks and fault specifications.
• Provide quick prototypes and demonstrations to close the feedback loop.
