Job summary

InspironLabs in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Automation Test Engineer to lead testing across web apps, APIs, AI chatbots, and airline reservation systems. You will design and implement automation, validate integratons, and ensure quality delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium, API testing, and experience with AI/LLM-based applications, chatbot testing, and responsible AI validations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Hands-on in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and framework development.
• Strong API automation using REST Assured and Postman.
• Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI and JSON/XML validation.
• Airline Booking/Reservation domain and flight lifecycle experience.
• Experience with chatbot/conversational AI testing and LLM-based apps.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git/GitHub, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and SQL.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Create reusable automation scripts for web apps and integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Design and execute API test cases using REST Assured or Postman.
• Validate API functionality, integration points, performance, and security.
• End-to-end testing of airline booking workflows: search, availability, reservation, ticketing, and more.
• Test conversational AI and chatbot apps: intents, entities, flows, context, responses.
• Test Generative AI/LLM-based apps: response accuracy, prompt variations, edge cases, hallucinations.
• Perform responsible AI testing: bias, toxicity, safety validations.
• Analyze results, report defects, and contribute to QA process improvement.
• Collaborate with BAs, PMs, Developers, and AI Engineers in Agile ceremonies.
