Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks an Officer Manager - AI to support the Chief AI Officer, coordinate stakeholders across the Bank, and help establish the AI-Artificial Intelligence Group. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and business writing skills.
• Strong judgment, discretion and professionalism.
• Project management certification.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, PMO, corporate planning, a CEO/CXO office.
• Understanding of UAE business culture and banking governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Office of the Chief AI Officer.
• Coordinate stakeholders across the Bank and external partners.
• Prepare executive materials, presentations, briefing materials and reports.
• Capture decisions, commitments and actions and follow up to completion.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Use AI productivity tools to improve efficiency and reduce routine work.
• Act as central coordination point between the Chief AI Officer's office and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Executive Management, Business Divisions, Governance Functions and external partners.
• Advise on internal processes and organizational practices.
• Prepare, consolidate and review executive reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and team activities for the AI group.
• Translate decisions into workplans and milestones.
• Monitor progress and follow up on delays or issues.
