Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience with AI technologies, ML algorithms and automation tools.
• Preferred certifications: RPA Developer, AI & Machine Learning, PMP.
• Proficiency in Python, R or Java; strong data analysis skills.

Overview

The AI and Automation Analyst plays a key role in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to enhance Transmed business differentiating value propositions, processes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.The AI and Automation Analyst identifies opportunities for the implementation of AI and automation solutions, designs and develops applications, tools, and automated workflows to ensure the successful monetization, adoption, and integration of these technologies to drive Transmed growth and innovation posture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough analysis of business needs, value propositions, business models and processes to identify areas suitable for AI and automation, and assess the feasibility and potential impact of implementing these capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements to design, develop and operation AI and automation business tailored capabilities and solutions.
• Create detailed business technical specifications and architectural designs for the implementation of the AI and automated business processes.
• Develop and implement AI algorithms, machine learning models, and automation scripts to address business needs and derive tangible value.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions with business processes, digital capabilities, systems and workflows.
• Manage and pre-process data required for training the machine learning models ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Conduct testing and validation of AI and automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, responsibility and adherence to business requirements.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of implemented AI and automation solutions and capabilities for continuous assessment and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure alignment with Transmed business goals and organizational outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey the benefits and progress of AI and automation initiatives.
• Develop materials and conduct training for end-users on the utilization of AI and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures for responsible AI and to protect sensitive information processed by the AI and automation tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent in a technology related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience with AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and automation tools.
• RPA Developer, AI and Machine Learning, PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong data analysis skills for assessing, cleaning, and preparing data for AI and automation processes.
• Ability to design AI and automation solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
