Job summary

Middera in Dubai is seeking a seasoned AI automation leader to drive end-to-end AI projects, identify business requirements, design solutions, and oversee deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate new AI technologies, develop models, monitor performance, and mentor colleagues in AI best practices.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI automation projects including identifying business requirements designing solutions and overseeing the implementation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to enhance our automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms to support business operations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on AI concepts and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and automation.

Qualifications:
