Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Automation Specialist to join its expanding AI Automation team onsite in the UAE. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and independently design and build practical AI and automation solutions.

The role demands a strong builder mindset with ownership of automation initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery, plus experience in banking or BFSI is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automation or low-code solutions.
• Hands-on builder capable of delivering end-to-end automation.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong requirements-gathering and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and automation opportunities.
• Gather, clarify and document business requirements.
• Design, build and improve automation solutions using low-code or other approved platforms.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and AI agents where applicable.
• Independently drive automation initiatives from initial concept through to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into practical, working solutions.
• Communicate progress, clarify requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver measurable business value.

Job purpose:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Automation Specialist to join an expanding AI Automation team. The successful candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and independently design and build practical AI and automation solutions.

This role requires a strong builder who can take ownership of automation initiatives from requirements gathering through solution development and delivery.

Required experience and skills

• Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience building automation or low-code solutions.
• Strong builder mentality and hands‑on solution delivery capability.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong requirements‑gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive automation initiatives.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Highly preferred:

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience developing AI workflows or AI agents.
• A background in business analysis.

Additional advantages:
