Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an AI Adoption Consultant specializing in AI Integration with Microsoft to implement, configure, and customize AI-driven solutions that integrate into enterprise applications and workflows. You will translate designs into working systems, deploying AI services, APIs, and orchestration layers securely and compliantly.

You will collaborate with architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, develop connectors and RAG pipelines, and optimize performance

Qualifications

• AI solution implementation: experience building and deploying AI-driven solutions that meet org and regulatory standards.
• AI strategy & roadmaps: help leaders assess digital maturity and identify high-value use cases.
• AI governance: manage risk, ensure fairness, and meet compliance rules.
• Agentic AI & integration: enterprise-scale solutions using IBM Consulting Advantage with Microsoft.
• Change management: trains teams and aligns stakeholders for smooth tech transitions.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI solutions: develop, deploy and configure AI-driven systems with secure integration to enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers and stakeholders to validate requirements and produce proofs of concept.
• Develop connectors and RAG pipelines, configure prompts and guardrails for scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize observability, performance, and cost of AI deployments.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in AI services.
