Job summary

Apt Resources in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Assistant JAT Supervisor to oversee daily agricultural operations, planning and supervising planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation and harvesting tasks on site.

You will support the supervisor, ensure safe and high-quality procedures, coordinate farm workers, and help maintain healthy crops in outdoor farm conditions, contributing to smooth workflow and productive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, farming, horticulture, or crop production.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate daily agricultural activities.
• Understand safety and quality procedures; physically fit for outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural activities: planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation and harvesting.
• Support the supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor crop maintenance and help maintain healthy crops.
• Ensure activities follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Assist in coordinating farm workers and daily tasks.
