Job summary

Ounass, a Dubai-based luxury e-commerce leader, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Scrum Masters and tech teams. Based in the Middle East’s fashion technology space, you’ll coordinate ceremonies, track tasks and blockers, and maintain documentation with cross-functional collaboration.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Scrum, Agile, and software development processes while helping the team improve delivery through clear communication and diligent follow-up across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Project management certifications (e.g. CAPM, Agile Foundations) as a plus.
• No prior professional experience required.
• University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience in technology or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira boards, sprint trackers, and project documentation.
• Track tasks, deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and basic sprint reports.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and provide updates to the Scrum Master.
• Support Agile metrics and reporting.
