Job summary

Ounass, part of the Al Tayer Group, seeks a skilled Scrum Master to enable our digital projects across delivery teams, product managers and stakeholders. You will coach teams in Agile, drive sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure on-time delivery of luxury ecommerce initiatives.

You will also manage dependencies and vendor interactions, lead continuous improvement, and mentor junior teammates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years in project management and Agile execution; 4+ years as Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Agile coach, mentoring and training teams on best practices.
• Foster a self-organizing, high‑performing team culture through facilitation.
• Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints for efficiency.
• Identify impediments and dependencies; resolve them proactively.
• Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members; provide growth feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and value.
• Manage vendor relationships; ensure alignment with plans.
• Plan phases, resources, and dependencies; manage risks.
• Oversee sprint execution and budget adherence; communicate updates.
