Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Dubai is seeking an experienced Agile Product Management Advisor to own the product vision for Care Services MEA. You will align business strategy, customer needs, and delivery, prioritizing outcomes over outputs and shaping sustainable solutions.

You’ll lead discovery, decompose EPICs into features, and collaborate with Portfolio, UX/UI, analytics, and operations teams to drive value, compliance, and improved member and provider experiences across MEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Experience working with JIRA or an equivalent tool.
• Knowledge of agile methodology required.
• Experience within healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market context.
• Align roadmap priorities and capacity allocation with portfolio leaders.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and Architecture to shape and evolve the product roadmap.
• Lead product discovery using Design Thinking to identify feasible, desirable, and viable solutions.
• Shape product evolution as Epics and facilitate decomposition into Features.
