Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead AS9100 and Nadcap programs, driving certification readiness and continual improvement across Aerospace quality systems. You will coordinate audits, develop documentation, and mentor teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.

The role focuses on strengthening internal capability, supporting HALCON's aerospace manufacturing objectives, and delivering training to quality teams and process owners.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Quality Assurance experience in aerospace/defence/high-precision manufacturing.
• QMS Certification in Quality, auditing qualifications: AS9100 Lead Auditor
• Minimum 5 years hands-on AS9100 implementation/maintenance experience.
• Experience leading Nadcap accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, certification, maintenance, and continual improvement of AS9100 QMS.
• Conduct gap assessments and define implementation roadmaps.
• Lead Nadcap accreditation projects and audits.
• Standardize quality processes including CAPA, risk management, and document control.
• Plan and conduct internal, supplier, customer, certification, and Nadcap audits.
• Manage certification programs, project plans, milestones, and cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Deliver AS9100/Nadcap training and mentoring.
