EDGE is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead AS9100 and Nadcap programs, driving certification readiness and continual improvement across Aerospace quality systems. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – AS9100 & Nadcap is responsible for leading the planning, development, execution, implementation, certification, and continual improvement of HALCON's Aerospace Quality Management System (AS9100) and Nadcap accreditation programs. The role ensures full compliance with aerospace industry standards, customer‑specific requirements, and regulatory obligations while establishing robust quality systems and sustainable business processes. The position will drive cross‑functional implementation activities, develop certification‑ready documentation, coordinate internal and external audits, support successful AS9100 certification and Nadcap accreditation, and build internal organizational capability through structured knowledge transfer and mentoring.
The role is instrumental in supporting HALCON's strategic objective of becoming a globally recognized aerospace and defence manufacturer.
