Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Metrology, Inspection & Product Quality leader for its POWERTECH propulsion programs. The role drives inspection strategy, metrology technology, and product approval authority across multiple propulsion projects, coordinating with design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

You will shape measurement plans, datum strategies and evidence for process capability while leading a cross‑functional team through NPI and FAI milestones and supplier submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Metrology Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace inspection, metrology, product quality, supplier quality or industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Powertech's inspection and metrology technology roadmap.
• Oversee NPI, FAI and production readiness activities and approvals.
• Govern review and approval of supplier APQP/PPAP (AS9145) and first article inspection (AS9102) submissions.
