Job summary

The Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Procurement Officer to support purchasing of aircraft spares, BFE, tools and retrofit materials. You will ensure timely sourcing, negotiate terms, and manage supplier performance to meet dispatch reliability standards.

Responsibilities include RFQ execution, invoice/coordinator duties, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize costs and delivery. Experience in MRO procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12 yrs schooling may be considered with 7 additional years of relevant experience.
• Industry experience in Supply Chain is preferable (Warehouse and Logistics, Repair management, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing).
• Aircraft maintenance spares purchasing experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Timely sourcing, purchasing and borrowing of assigned items including BFE and Retrofit/Mod items.
• Support supply chain objectives to measure overdue orders, backlogs and vendor performance.
• Perform price and lead time reviews with CMU to challenge variances with contracts.
