EDGE is seeking a Product Quality Engineer II within POWERTECH propulsion to oversee supplier quality and product approval activities for aerospace components. The role reviews FAI, PPAP, APQP deliverables and supports change management with Design Engineering and Supply Chain.

You will coordinate inspection planning, assess process capability, and communicate findings to suppliers while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. This is an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Materials or Metrology Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in aerospace quality, supplier quality, inspection or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with AS9102 FAI and PPAP packages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review supplier first article inspection reports against AS9102 requirements.
• Review supplier PPAP packages for completeness and technical adequacy.
• Review APQP deliverables including process flow, PFMEA and control plans.
• Verify supplier compliance with quality requirements and track data for key characteristics.
• Prepare incoming inspection plans and sampling strategies.
