Job summary

FedEx Asia Pacific is seeking a FACE Officer MEISA in Dubai to support aerospace engine logistics. You will handle customer quote requests, provide multi-solution options, and negotiate with airlines and transport partners.

The role requires strong English, knowledge of aerospace regulations, and familiarity with quoting tools. Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring compliance with Aero-Lift rules while delivering high-quality service to customers

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerospace logistics, handling, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with rate building and quoting tools.
• Knowledge of international air transport regulations (Incoterms/Customs rules).

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle customer engine quote requests and provide prompt, accurate shipping solutions.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and internal network to obtain best pricing.
• Represent the client to carriers and FXℓ network; inform customers in real time; deliver excellent service.
• Track and identify trends and opportunities; monitor sales margins; ensure strict Aero-Lift compliance.
