Akkodis is seeking an Assembly Technician to support our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will perform composite and mechanical assembly, drilling, sealing, and fastener installation on aerospace components using in-line jigs and semi-automatic equipment.

You will read engineering drawings, apply Lean/Kaizen practices, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Requires 3–5 years aerospace experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years aerospace composite/structural assembly experience.
• Proficiency with aerospace hand tools and assembly jigs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Aufgaben

• Composite & mechanical assembly on aerospace components.
• Operate in assembly jigs and semi-automatic/automatic equipment.
• Read engineering drawings and follow technical work instructions.
• Apply Lean practices (5S, Kaizen) to improve processes and safety.
