Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Hotel Finance Director to lead regional finance functions across our luxury properties. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights to hotel Directors of Finance and senior leadership.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in hotel finance, with proven experience in multinational hospitality groups, strong project management skills, and expertise in BI platforms such as Tableau and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hotel finance with leadership experience
• Experience as Finance Director / Area Finance Director in international hospitality
• Project management across a matrix organisation
• Experience in international or global hospitality organisations
• Strong knowledge of leisure and hospitality and corporate finance
• Degree qualified or MBA in Economics/Accounting/Business

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day finance support to hotel Directors of Finance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, accruals and reporting processes
• Oversee onboarding of Finance Directors/Managers with SOPs and training
• Support new hotel openings, takeovers and integrations
• Review management agreements and related financial obligations
• Lead regional financial analysis and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection and escalation of delinquencies
• Travel across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa as required
